Located in an exclusive beach resort on the southern coast of Spain, this compact apartment is set within a green haven dedicated to wellbeing.

The interior was designed entirely by I+Y, balancing aesthetics with durability. Through a carefully considered layout and a series of bespoke elements, we made the most of the available space, creating an apartment that feels more spacious than its footprint suggests.

Custom-made furniture and cabinetry are integral to the design, complemented by lighting selected specifically for the project and custom cushions that bring texture and comfort. A raised platform defines the master sleeping area, giving it a distinct presence within the compact layout.

The fixed indoor bench extends towards a matching outdoor bench. When the sliding doors open, the two spaces connect naturally, while materials flow from inside to outside. This continuity enhances the sense of space and strengthens the relationship with the surrounding greenery.

The result is a personal retreat where thoughtful spatial design, carefully selected materials and bespoke detailing come together to create a relaxed and comfortable stay for both the owner and guests.
